Amazing what can happen when you mess with the wrong people. It's pretty bad when the police department is on board with something like this. That should tell the guy something about just how bad his driving really is, though, I get the feeling he'll be the type to behave for a bit, before going back to how he was before. Well, either way, he's certainly been given quite the loud message about his bad driving, now, hasn't he?

We will have to infiltrate his house, drug his yappie jack russells and rent a crane because I want to hang it up a very tall tree then let it fall.

I would say not true, since getting a ike out of he's home is way harder than picking up a car that is on the street.

Well, I just need to climb the fence, drug their noisy Jack Russells and take the bike out of the shed. Then, push it out to the front via the side gate (which is always unlocked) and load it up a small truck, cover it up with canvas sheet and then transport to rendezvous point.
