Indeed. That's why I don't really pressurize people, just list the tasks and when they're done, give them a new one. Systematically we'll get this done... the most important thing about this system is everyone is always assigned something at any time and not waiting for someone else (except me, I wish things would go faster)
Also, I know some people don't really like being managed, but some organization is required to ensure no one is redoing or missing stuff. Keeping our workbench tidy is my job
Just try not to be overbearing and respect people as people.
