The real irony of this is that the main feature of the law that the Republicans complain about is the private mandate, which was proposed by Republicans!
As socialism, which the right-wing media keeps insisting that it is, it is a
****-poor example! Instead of "everyone must pay into a system that benefits all of society equally" we got "if you are unfortunate enough to not have a capitalist employer that provides for your health care needs, you will need to purchase health insurance, on your own, from one of the most profitable corporations in the western world."
If that is socialism, then I don't want to know what capitalism is nowadays!
