Wanna staff the board? Well, how convenient, because I'm the only staffer at the time of writing! All positions are open, from admins to global mods, to shoot me a PM with the position you would like and why, and if I deem you worthy, you'll find yourself with a few extras added to your name. :serious business:

I'm good on admins. Myself, Onion, and hoob will be taking those duties.

No matter, sending you a list as requested, are you ok with onion and/or other mods adding them in?
At least I won't be bashed so hard at the debating table when talking crap negotiating with other groups on irc/when trying to promote our releases.

Well you are a mod, not an admin. I think you can only add people to groups if you are an global admin or the group administrator ^^
Wolf might be able to make you part of that group admin though.

I do think everyone involved with Tonde should have something saying they are. Not that they should be able to lord it over the fellow members, but at least something to identify them.

Yes! Arte was working with us allllllll the way back on Kiruminzuu. Haha good time. Oh and that was back before he changed his nick too.

I don't think it is wise to award mods solely based on seniority. I've been here over 2 years but I won't complain if someone who's been here a decently long time (say 6 months) applies and is successful on the account he lurks 24/7. It does give a gauge of loyalty though. And yeah. Diplomatic reasons XD Though as we're a small and to the outsider obscure forum and group, it does not count for much at the debating table. Better than nothing though when you want to convince some elitist group to do a joint with you or hand over their raws.

Well, I see you as an almost impossibly dedicated and hardworking person. Of course, this can be annoying sometimes when you keep nagging me to translate, but I know you only do it because you're the one who's keeping track of all of our work + a million other things.

Well I'm not normally like this, but as I was the one who got this mirmo project started and promoted it to the fans so we'd start off with 1k DLs on day one (hopefully). It would be a huge shame and a personal failure, not to mention everyone will blame me, if something doesn't go right. That's why I must ensure nothing goes wrong, at least at first.

Kinda. I'm two people at once, one's a guy, the other is a girl. That's probably the best way to describe it. Maybe it's better to say two sides to the same coin.
