The dramatic moment, recorded by a surveillance camera across the street, shows an unknown man sneak up behind a 10-year-old girl and her 2-year-old brother, place his hand over the girl's mouth, and attempt to carry her away.

The video is just crazy to watch. The guy goes ahead and tries in broad daylight like it's no one's business. The girl is quite fortunate to have been able to get herself out of the man's grip, prompting him to flee. It's sad that stuff like this is happening in the world, but at least with this video released, and a description, it may help people in tracking this guy down and getting him off the street.

That's just sick. I hope they find that guy, and punish him good!
