Cirno found one that will work for everyone this time around, via the flash tag, which everyone can use:
[flash={width},{height}]{embed code}[/flash]
To get the embed code, click on embed in a YouTube video, then select old embed code, copy the value for src (it starts with "http://www.youtube.com/v/")

Example:
[flash=560,315]http://www.youtube.com/v/C5EDHsUBOYU?version=3&hl=en_US[/flash]

Will give you this:
http://www.youtube.com/v/C5EDHsUBOYU?version=3&hl=en_US
